At 3,821 m above sea level is the highest mountain station in Europe. Up here a sense of infinity prevails. A world of adventure appositely named Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Surrounded by 38 four-thousanders and 14 glaciers, the peak offers a captivating view over a world of snow and ice.

The highest cinema in Europe will captivate you with a vision of the many aspects of Zermatt’s alpine world. The atmospheric and enchanting viewing will reveal the dangers, risks and joys of live in the Alps.

The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise restaurant is located at an altitude of 3,874 m. It’s hard to imagine the kind of views you get through the large panoramic windows as you eat. Some of the most famous Swiss Alpine peaks are gathered around the Klein Matterhorn, where the world of adventure is situated. The restaurant offers culinary delights that we guarantee will taste especially good at almost 4,000 metres above sea level. There is a souvenir shop inside the restaurant with products made specially for our visitors.

Summer skiing means an early start, as the slopes are best enjoyed in the morning, when the sun is not so strong. Europe’s highest and biggest summer ski resort has up to 21 km of pistes on offer. And freestyle fans needn’t feel left out as the Summer Snowpark Zermatt is one of the highest freestyle arenas in the Alps and one of the region’s best snow parks
